Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Car Technician with a minimum of four years working within the OEM sector. The ideal candidate should possess an ITI or Diploma qualification and hold a valid driving license for both two and four-wheelers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Receiving job leads from the assigned Team Leader for timely vehicle servicing.
Conducting thorough evaluations and diagnosing problems in vehicles effectively.
Visiting customer locations to perform detailed inspections of cars.
Capturing and uploading clear images of car parts to the company application for record-keeping and analysis.
Ensuring accurate and prompt submission of inspection and service reports via the app.
Providing reliable cost estimates for vehicle repairs.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Comprehensive understanding of vehicle components including chassis, body panels, paint, engine, clutch, gearbox, brakes, and suspension systems.
Able to interpret and understand basic English instructions and documentation.
