Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Car Technician with a minimum of four years working within the OEM sector. The ideal candidate should possess an ITI or Diploma qualification and hold a valid driving license for both two and four-wheelers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving job leads from the assigned Team Leader for timely vehicle servicing.
- Conducting thorough evaluations and diagnosing problems in vehicles effectively.
- Visiting customer locations to perform detailed inspections of cars.
- Capturing and uploading clear images of car parts to the company application for record-keeping and analysis.
- Ensuring accurate and prompt submission of inspection and service reports via the app.
- Providing reliable cost estimates for vehicle repairs.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of vehicle components including chassis, body panels, paint, engine, clutch, gearbox, brakes, and suspension systems.
- Able to interpret and understand basic English instructions and documentation.
Additional Information
- Applicants must hold a valid driving license and be proficient in operating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
