Car Sales Executive

Job Introduction

We are seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota dealership located in Boston. This role involves working primarily on-site with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, including one weekday off and Sunday shifts on a rotational basis. The working hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sundays.

Employees will benefit from the provision of a company vehicle and an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £55,000 annually.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service by identifying how our vehicles align with each customer's lifestyle and preferences, ensuring suitable features and add-ons are recommended.
• Build customer trust by effective communication and exceeding expectations through quality interactions and first impressions.
• Generate leads and sales through various channels including prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound telephone inquiries, walk-in clients, and online leads.
• Achieve monthly performance targets relating to unit sales, profit margins, finance penetration, and sales of additional products.
• Comply with FCA regulations and data protection laws by accurately gathering customer and vehicle information to enhance the quality of the customer database.

Candidate Profile

• Ideal candidates may have previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
• Demonstrated capability to meet and surpass sales targets is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Aspirants with a commitment to developing a prosperous career in automotive sales.
• Possession of a valid UK driving licence is required.
• Experience within the motor trade, automotive sector, or car dealerships is advantageous but not mandatory due to comprehensive training provided.
