About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a robust existing network of high-net-worth individuals in the GCC region. This position involves promoting one of the most pivotal investment themes today: AI digital infrastructure, data centers, and next-generation computing power.

• The top five hyperscalers—AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Oracle—are investing around $725 billion into AI infrastructure within this year alone, struggling to meet construction demand.
• Projected AI-related capital expenditure for 2026 to 2031 is approximately $7.6 trillion, with 100 GW of new global data center capacity expected by 2030.
• Current supply constraints: North American colocation vacancy rates are near 1.4%, grid interconnection queues extend 4 to 5 years, and the US anticipates a power deficit exceeding 45 GW by 2028.

These factors combine to create a generational shortage in AI infrastructure assets, combining compute power and essential electricity. Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Established relationships with high-net-worth investor networks within the GCC.
• Recent success in raising private capital from non-institutional sources, including family offices and private equity investors.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, data centers, technology sectors, private equity, real estate, or alternative investment platforms.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present sophisticated investment opportunities to qualified investors.
• Strong professionalism, credibility, and prior experience in investor-facing roles.
• A results-oriented and performance-driven attitude.
