About the Role

We are a U.S.-based enterprise specializing in AI digital infrastructure and data centers, actively seeking seasoned capital-raising experts with established networks of high-net-worth individual investors across the GCC region. This opportunity targets professionals experienced in securing non-institutional private capital from family offices, private investors, and qualified high-net-worth individuals.

The company focuses on one of the world's most significant emerging investment areas: advanced AI digital infrastructure, data centers, and next-generation computing capabilities. Our growth strategy includes global expansion, especially targeting emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, which we identify as pivotal future hubs for AI infrastructure development.

Candidate Profile

• Proven existing relationships with high-net-worth investors located in the GCC region.
• Recent and demonstrable experience in raising private capital directly from non-institutional investors.
• Understanding of AI infrastructure, data center operations, technology sectors, private equity, real estate, or alternative investment vehicles.
• Strong capability to effectively present complex investment opportunities to sophisticated investors.
• Professional integrity, credibility, and experience in investor-facing roles.
• A driven, results-oriented approach with performance accountability.
