Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and articulate communicators for a full-time canvassing role. Candidates with customer service experience and a knack for sales will excel in this position. As a representative of Ainger Group, you will quickly establish rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate our value offerings within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend daily onsite team meetings to strategize for the day.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential areas each day.
• Follow designated routes and target criteria set by leadership.
• Engage homeowners in a courteous and professional manner.
• Clearly present the advantages of our roofing services.
• Evaluate homeowner interest and qualify potential leads for further consultation.
• Arrange free, no-obligation inspections or estimates with interested parties.
• Accurately document lead information using company systems or forms.
• Participate actively in daily team meetings and help foster a positive team environment.
• Maintain the company’s reputation through integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and improve personal productivity continuously.
• Flexibility and openness to changes in canvassing methods and procedures.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Strong communication abilities combined with effective teamwork skills.
