Role Overview

This full-time Cannabis Cultivator position is based in Worcester, MA and is an on-site role. The role focuses on supporting plant care from early growth through harvest while helping maintain a productive cultivation environment.

Schedule and Work Conditions

The shift runs from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and includes one weekend day each week. The company highlights steady weekly scheduling. The work may involve hot, humid, or noisy conditions, along with exposure to dust, chemicals, and bright lighting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cannabis plants throughout every stage of development.
  • Carry out watering, pruning, feeding, and treatment applications when required.
  • Train and shape plants to support healthier growth and better yields.
  • Prepare grow rooms and keep them clean and sanitized.
  • Assist with research and development work and other cultivation-related tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
  • The role calls for good physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, and using their hands for long periods.
  • It is important to follow directions carefully, maintain focus, and work well in a team.
  • Basic computer ability is needed, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and labeling software.

Compensation and Benefits
