Responsibilities
- Provide visible and hands-on leadership to the Palmerston North campus.
- Champion student achievement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the campus staff team.
- Manage all campus operational aspects effectively.
- Create and sustain a positive culture that aligns with organizational values.
- Oversee the delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through an innovative self-directed learning model.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
Requirements
- Recent leadership experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal within New Zealand schools.
- Proven track record in improving student outcomes and leading effective teams.
