Role overview
We are looking for a Campus Principal to lead the Nathalia, Victoria campus on a permanent full-time basis. The role combines operational oversight with educational leadership, with a strong emphasis on self-directed learning and consistent execution of school policies and programs.
About the campus
The Nathalia campus is located in north-central regional Victoria, in the town of Nathalia, a farming hub crossed by Broken Creek. It sits in a quiet setting close to the centre of town. The campus also serves students from Shepparton, who travel in minibuses each day.
What you will do
- Oversee the daily administration and smooth running of the campus.
- Promote and uphold the school’s ethos, values and guiding principles.
- Lead curriculum delivery and instructional practice in line with Australian Curriculum requirements for Years 3 to 12.
- Work with the Campus Directors to prepare the school budget and operate within agreed financial limits.
- Drive stronger student engagement and achievement across the campus.
- Take on a limited teaching load where needed.
Experience needed
The ideal candidate will already have school leadership experience. Suitable backgrounds may include primary sub-school leadership, secondary sub-school leadership, campus leadership, or a comparable role in curriculum development, teaching and learning leadership.
