Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI certification in Mechanical trade.
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in calibration related tasks.
- Proficient understanding of Thread Gauges and related measurement instruments.
Primary Job Duties
- Responsible for selecting and issuing various gauges and measuring tools such as Thread Ring/Plug Gauges, Plain Gauges, Limit Gauges, and Depth Gauges to the production team.
- Keep detailed and accurate gauge registers maintained using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle the collection, inspection, and verification processes of returned gauges and instruments, ensuring update of all records accordingly.
- Perform data entry and maintain calibration records within ERP software systems.
