Role Overview
We are looking for an Accessory Technician to join the Kelowna branch. This role demands the professional installation of aftermarket automotive accessories on customer vehicles, ensuring superior workmanship, safety compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install various aftermarket automotive accessories such as lift kits, stereos, vent visors, truck caps, running boards, lighting, and other related products.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to verify fitment necessities prior to performing installations.
- Accurately maintain work orders and document installation processes.
- Ensure every installation aligns with the company's high standards for quality and safety.
- Diagnose and resolve any challenges encountered during installation, proposing effective solutions.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate and support team members while providing top-notch customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least two years of experience installing aftermarket automotive accessories.
- Demonstrated mechanical skill with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for cars and trucks along with hands-on mechanical experience.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive hourly wage range from $25 to $34, depending on experience and credentials. Employees also receive comprehensive health and dental benefits, paid vacation, and attractive employee discount programs.
