About the Role
Pagariya Food Labs is seeking dedicated Team Members to join their Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The role involves preparing and serving food in accordance with company-set standards, ensuring cleanliness across the kitchen and dining spaces, and assisting customers by providing prompt and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve menu items strictly following company guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in both kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist customers during orders, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS systems as needed.
- Adhere to food safety protocols and quality standards.
- Support overall team tasks to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification of 10th or 12th pass.
- Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
- Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule and fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Location
The salary ranges between 15000 and 18000 INR per month, reflecting company norms. The workplace location will be communicated and assigned by the company.
