Café Staff - Experienced Role at Tealogy Café

Position Summary

We are seeking diligent and seasoned café personnel to join Tealogy Café located in Narayanguda, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage daily café operations while upholding the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties

• Accurately processing customer orders and handling billing procedures.
• Preparing and serving a variety of drinks such as tea and shakes, alongside snacks, according to established recipes.
• Maintaining uniformity in taste, presentation, and quality of all menu items.
• Ensuring the kitchen, service areas, and equipment remain impeccably clean at all times.
• Managing high customer influx during peak hours efficiently without sacrificing service quality.
• Contributing to collaborative café operations and team efforts.
• Executing opening and closing routines as per protocol.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a café, tea stall, or quick service restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with common café menus and preparation techniques.
• Ability to maintain speed and composure during busy periods.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Effective communication skills in Telugu or Hindi; basic English comprehension is advantageous.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.

Work Conditions

• Full-time employment with flexible scheduling including weekend shifts.
• Two days off every month.

Additional Information

This role offers a fixed monthly salary within the range of 15,000 to 17,000 INR, commensurate with experience and skill set. Immediate joiners with relevant café experience are strongly preferred. Only candidates possessing suitable prior café experience should apply.
