Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and support them throughout their visit.
• Answer customer questions clearly, accurately, and politely.
• Handle incoming phone calls.
• Process sales smoothly using the point-of-sale system.
• Manage cash and other payment methods responsibly.
• Keep cash drawer balances accurate.
• Guide guests to the right areas, including restrooms and restaurant sections.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all products and merchandise.
• Engage guests in one-to-one conversations to understand their needs and recommend suitable items.
• Use suggestive selling techniques and related-product recommendations.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organized retail area.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment and inventory checks.
• Present merchandise according to Hard Rock visual display standards.
• Carry out opening, closing, and side duties such as cleaning glass, polishing metal, sweeping, vacuuming, and folding products.
• Work to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Create memorable brand experiences and help turn guests into enthusiastic fans.
• Support the Hard Rock guest experience in line with the brand’s service style.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 19 years old.
• The role involves bending, reaching, lifting, and extended periods of standing.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 30 pounds when receiving or moving merchandise.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Follow all uniform guidelines.
• Observe safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Recycle products whenever feasible.
• Stay composed and effective in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Show strong organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Bring a positive, friendly attitude toward guests and coworkers.
