About the role
Insomnia is looking for a Cafe Manager to join its Kilkenny store. Founded in Galway in 1997, the company is known as Ireland’s first independent coffee shop chain and is built around delivering a consistently strong, smooth coffee experience with a distinctive character.

Requirements
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience leading a team in a busy, fast-moving setting, ideally in a similar type of business
