This position is for a Customer Service Associate within the retail environment. The role centers on creating a positive shopping experience by helping customers, supporting sales, keeping the outlet organized, and making sure stock and checkout operations run smoothly.

What you will be doing

  • Provide attentive service to customers and support them with their day-to-day needs.
  • Handle simple customer concerns and pass more complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
  • Keep the store arranged neatly and aligned with visual merchandising expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness across the sales area so the space stays welcoming and orderly.
  • Support incoming deliveries, replenish merchandise, and help maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Suggest relevant products to customers using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Stay informed about product details so recommendations are accurate and useful.
  • Work the cash register, process payments, and follow the company’s cash-handling rules.
  • Keep the checkout area tidy and ensure transactions are processed correctly.

Skills and experience needed

  • Clear and confident verbal communication.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good attention to detail when maintaining store presentation.
  • Ability to promote additional products appropriately.
  • Comfort working with cash registers and payment procedures.
  • Interpersonal skills for dealing with customers in a retail setting.
