Job description
Position Overview
For the interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing area, we are looking for a motivated CAD designer who can join the construction team at the earliest possible date. The role is based in Ebhausen and focuses on developing practical, buildable solutions for custom interiors and furniture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineer tailor-made interior fit-out and furniture concepts.
- Produce technical drawings, construction documentation, and bills of materials.
- Create 3D models and visual representations of interior design ideas.
- Select suitable materials while balancing quality, cost, and manufacturability.
- Support projects from initial planning through construction and into production implementation.
- Help improve existing designs as well as related manufacturing workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training or degree in wood technology, carpentry, or a similar field.
- Practical experience in designing interior fit-out or furniture projects.
- Confident use of CAD software, ideally Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong technical understanding of materials, production processes, and interior construction methods.
- Independent, well-structured working style with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good spoken and written German, plus basic English skills.
- Interest in working as part of a committed team.
