Your Responsibilities

• Create and maintain digital 3D building models using advanced CAD software.
• Use Autodesk Revit to model structures and prepare architectural plans.
• Review and verify models for quality, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and BIM protocols.
• Extract quantities from digital models to support cost estimation, work preparation, and tender processes.

Requirements

• Experience with digital modeling in construction projects and familiarity with Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to perform quality checks and ensure adherence to BIM standards and company specifications.
• Competence in quantity take-offs from models for construction planning and costing purposes.
