About the Role
At Woelcke, transforming creative ideas into functional vehicle solutions is at the heart of our work. Each project starts with precise construction, where you will design custom technical solutions, construct production-ready CAD models, and collaborate closely with our engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams. Join us in shaping unique travel and expedition vehicles tailored entirely to customer needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical CAD drawings and detailed 3D models.
- Design custom furniture, technical modules, and cabin interiors for our vehicle lineup.
- Convert specific customer requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions.
- Plan cut-outs and recesses for windows, hatches, and various technical parts.
- Coordinate technical details with our sales, production, and procurement departments.
Your Profile
- Previous experience working with CAD systems.
- Fluency in 3D construction software, especially Autodesk Fusion.
- Excellent spatial awareness and technical comprehension.
- Methodical and precise approach to tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and strong command of German.
What We Offer
- Permanent position in a highly specialized manufacturing company.
- Collaborative projects that move swiftly from design to real-world application in our in-house factory.
- 30 vacation days per year.
- Flexible working hours (flexitime).
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses.
- Employee discounts and access to JobRad (bike leasing program).
Additional Information
Unlike standard series production, you will create bespoke solutions for individual vehicles—each project is unique and diverse. You will be involved from the initial concept through to the finished travel vehicle, witnessing how your constructions become reality in a short timeframe.
