Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and meticulous Product Designer / Graphic Designer to craft engaging digital experiences and dynamic visual content across multiple platforms. This position merges user-centered product design with strong graphic design abilities to develop intuitive interfaces, compelling brand visuals, and consistent marketing materials. The right candidate thrives on creativity, teamwork, and continuous enhancement, while balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital products.
- Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create graphic materials for digital marketing, social media, presentations, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and expand design systems, component libraries, and brand standards.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve design solutions.
- Ensure user-centered designs enhance usability, accessibility, and overall experience.
- Design icons, illustrations, infographics, banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
- Prepare production-ready design files ensuring consistency across digital and print formats.
- Support product launches by crafting marketing collateral and visual communications.
- Stay abreast of evolving design trends, UI/UX practices, typography, color theories, and accessibility standards.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and collaborate across teams.
- Optimize designs based on testing data, analytics, and feedback.
- Ensure all design outputs meet quality standards and visual consistency across platforms.
- Bring forward innovative ideas that enhance product functionality and reinforce brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Proficient with design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch or equivalent tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of branding, identity design, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Skilled at creating compelling digital graphics and marketing presentations.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to quality visual design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across functional teams.
