Cabin Crew Position Based in Gold Coast with Emirates (Dubai Relocation Provided)

Role Responsibilities

• Represent Emirates as the first point of contact for passengers on board.
• Maintain an approachable and alert demeanor to assist with passenger needs.
• Oversee and manage aircraft services, security measures, and safety procedures confidently.
• Utilize training to effectively handle in-flight emergencies and customer service challenges.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service sectors.
• Positive and cooperative attitude capable of delivering excellent service within a culturally diverse team.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent as the minimum educational qualification.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English to communicate clearly with customers and crew.
• Physical requirements include standing height of at least 160 cm and reaching capability of 212 cm on tiptoes for accessing emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos when outfitted in Emirates uniform without the use of covers or cosmetics.
• Must meet UAE visa and employment standards as the role will be Dubai-based.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed monthly basic salary of AED 4,980.
• Hourly flight pay of AED 69.60, averaged over 80–100 flying hours monthly.
• Average total monthly compensation is approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,100 / EUR 2,600 / GBP 2,280) for Economy Class Grade II staff.
• Meal allowance for overnight stops credited monthly in arrears.
