  • Report any irregularities, technical issues, or malfunctions promptly to the Cabin Supervisor, flight crew, or Captain as appropriate.
  • Welcome passengers, support boarding procedures, and record required information in the aircraft logbook in line with airline and civil aviation procedures.
  • Deliver attentive service by responding to individual pre-bookings, requests, and passenger needs.
  • Assist passengers who are distressed or facing difficulties, following the relevant operations manual and company instructions.
  • Support on-board revenue generation and the charity programme by promoting meals, products, and donations to help meet individual and team targets.
  • Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately for sales and donations assigned to you.
  • Perform pre-flight checks for supplies, emergency equipment, catering items, and other required materials, and report shortages or issues to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
  • Help ensure the cabin is properly cleaned during transit, and that catering and duty-free stock are replenished before departure.
  • Carry out proper handover and takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
  • Complete post-flight briefings and assessment reports, including objective feedback on the Cabin Supervisor and any flight issues or discrepancies.
  • Support the closing and sealing of duty-free containers and account to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct.
  • Perform Cabin Supervisor duties when formally assigned by the Captain.
  • Maintain professional competence through recurrent training, emergency procedure training, and educational workshops, while keeping the required licence current.
  • Contribute to team goals and help achieve sales targets and other assigned objectives.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities are important.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial depending on airline needs.
