Key Responsibilities

The core of the Butler's role is to deliver customized and impeccable experiences for guests from before arrival through to departure. This includes close collaboration with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service, overseeing Butler Valets, and ensuring all supporting teams meet the high standards required. Building strong guest rapport, anticipating needs proactively, and acting decisively to fulfill them are essential components of this role.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Butlers operate in a hands-on, active work environment, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The role requires physical capability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance. Maintaining professional appearance, adherence to company policies, and fostering a safe workplace are critical.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related work experience. Supervisory experience or licenses are not required. The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for service, impeccable interpersonal skills, and strong attention to quality standards.
