About the Role

Join a prestigious luxury hospitality brand known for its heritage and personalized service as a Butler Executive in Goa, India. This role is vital to delivering a seamless, bespoke guest experience, overseeing butler services from pre-arrival through departure while maintaining high standards of the St. Regis brand.

Role Summary

The Butler Executive, often serving as the primary face of the butler program, manages and supervises a team comprising Butlers and Butler Valets. This position ensures flawless coordination with other hotel departments and upholds impeccable service quality standards. Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and scheduling within the Butler team to guarantee optimal staff coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery and operation of butler services per brand standards.
  • Supervise the Butler team and maintain strong interdepartmental coordination.
  • Handle recruitment and scheduling to ensure proper staffing.
  • Create a safe and professional work environment adhering to company policies and quality standards.
  • Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.
  • Engage actively with guests ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with grace.
  • Perform physical tasks required to support service delivery including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
  • Relevant work experience: Minimum 1 year in a related service role.
