About the Role
The St. Regis Singapore invites passionate professionals to become part of its esteemed Butler team, encapsulating the essence of modern luxury service. As a Butler, you will deliver personalized and creative experiences to guests from their arrival through departure, embodying the brand's commitment to impeccable service and attention to detail. This role involves coordination with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and act as the primary ambassador of the Butler program.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling their needs throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with Butler Valets and other supporting departments to guarantee readiness in meeting guest requirements.
- Build strong rapport with guests through proactive engagement and responsive service.
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Demonstrate professional appearance, communication, and uphold the brand’s uncompromising standards.
- Engage actively in physical tasks including moving or handling objects up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a related service environment.
- No supervisory experience or professional certification is necessary for this position.
