About the Role
As a luxury heritage brand, St. Regis continually redefines modern luxury with its iconic Butler program, the foundation and soul of our upscale service. The Butler offers bespoke experiences tailored to meet guests' every need before arrival, during check-in, throughout their stay, and at departure, while collaborating closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
The Butler role is pivotal in establishing rapport with guests by anticipating their requirements proactively and coordinating the efforts of delivery personnel and other services to fulfill Butler-related requests.
Each member of the St. Regis team contributes to a forward-thinking future rooted in a rich history since the early 1900s, where impeccable interpersonal skills, a passion for service excellence, strict adherence to standards, and strong coordination underpin the success of our Butlers.
Additionally, the position requires maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and quality standards, and exemplifying professionalism through personal appearance, uniform, and communication.
Physical demands include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and manual handling of items up to 50 pounds independently. Executing these tasks, alongside any reasonable job assignments, with excellence ensures guest satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- No licenses or certifications mandatory.
- At least six months of relevant work experience is required.
