About the Role
Join FCM Travel as a Business Travel Consultant based in Berlin or working remotely. This permanent full-time position offers a gross annual salary between 30,000 and 40,000 euros, with flexible working hours including a 38.5-hour week or part-time options.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the knowledgeable point of contact for business travel customers through telephone and email communication.
- Manage all aspects of business travel arrangements using the Amadeus global distribution system.
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships by delivering expert advice and attentive service that encourages clients to return and recommend the company.
Candidate Profile
- Preferred but not mandatory: vocational training in a commercial field such as travel agent, tourism, hotel management, or gastronomy.
- Several years of experience in a travel agency setting is desirable.
- Proficiency in both German and English languages for verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with Amadeus booking software.
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for booking tools, and openness to innovation in a dynamic industry focused on service delivery.
