This position sits within a collaborative, results-oriented environment where business insight, technology alignment, and delivery quality all matter.
What you’ll do

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business areas to make sure technology solutions are aligned with business priorities.
- Work alongside Project, Business, Engineering, and Testing teams so releases are ready for delivery, validation, and post-launch support.
- Assist with application testing and help confirm that solutions meet expected quality and functional standards, including planning and execution of automation, manual, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing where needed.
- Manage the intake process for enhancements and help ensure a smooth path for clients and stakeholders when changes are initiated.
- Contribute effectively in an agile environment and work closely with the broader team.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and remain effective in an evolving setting.
What you bring
- At least 4 years of experience in information technology, with work in application development or support, including 1+ year in a Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong communication ability, with confidence presenting to both technical and business audiences.
- Working knowledge of one or more platforms such as cloud, mid-tier, or mainframe environments, plus web, API, and database testing concepts.
- Experience with automated testing and API testing using REST/SOAP is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SQL and DB2 is an asset.
- Practical experience using Agile methods along with Jira and Confluence.
- Background in banking or financial services is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to see broader patterns, assess risks, and connect business and technical needs.
- A curious, questioning mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions and explore better solutions.
- Proven ability to map business processes, analyze systems, and document requirements clearly.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across varied stakeholder groups.
- Experience with gap analysis and impact analysis for large systems or modernization initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site 3 to 4 days per week.
Why join
- Inclusive workplace culture with a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and allyship.
- Accessibility support and workplace accommodations to help remove barriers and enable participation.
- Learning and growth opportunities through online courses, cross-functional development, and tuition assistance.
- Competitive rewards, including bonus eligibility, flexible vacation, personal days, sick days, and benefits starting on day one.
- Community engagement opportunities that support belonging and involvement.
