Role Overview
An established facilities services company in Dublin 12 is looking to hire a Business Support Officer for a fully on-site position. This is a newly created opportunity, offering the chance to shape the role and contribute directly to the company’s continued growth. The salary range is €38,000 to €43,000, depending on experience.
What the Role Covers
The position is central to the day-to-day running of the business. It brings together office administration, client service support, reporting, compliance, HR coordination, and systems management to help ensure the organisation operates efficiently and meets its service standards.
Key Duties
- Oversee office administration, internal processes, supplier coordination, facilities support, and ongoing operational improvements.
- Act as a point of escalation for client service issues and help maintain strong service delivery standards.
- Compile management reports, track important business performance indicators, and share operational findings.
- Administer Salesforce and other business platforms, with a focus on accurate data entry and proper user compliance.
- Coordinate ISO-related requirements, audits, compliance work, and quality management activities.
- Assist with HR administration when required.
- Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support business priorities and operational goals.
Required Background
Applicants should have prior experience in business operations, office administration, office management, or a comparable role. A business-focused qualification is also needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational ability, clear communication, and confidence in managing stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is important, along with exposure to compliance processes and ISO standards.
