Job description
Job Overview
This role involves overseeing the daily operations across several delivery stations in the designated region, managing all aspects of parcel logistics including collection, sorting, delivery, returns, and cash-on-delivery processes while ensuring achievement of delivery efficiency and SLA compliance.
Key Duties
- Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple delivery centers within the assigned geographical region.
- Lead and mentor Station Managers, local supervisors, and both internal and outsourced courier teams to deliver operational targets.
- Champion Saudization goals by directing workforce scheduling, attendance, and routine station operations.
- Track and analyze essential operational KPIs such as Proof of Delivery, first-attempt delivery success, overall delivery success rates, timeliness, and damage or loss rates.
- Formulate, introduce, and monitor Performance Improvement Plans to systematically enhance station efficiency and performance.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in logistics, express delivery, or e-commerce operation management.
- Proficiency in managing multiple sites and frontline operational teams.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with effective problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience within logistics or courier companies is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and either English or Arabic is required.
Additional Information
Applicants should be prepared to operate onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at a full-time capacity. Emphasis is placed on meeting Saudization targets and ensuring all aspects of last-mile delivery are managed competently.
