Role Overview
This opportunity is for an entrepreneurial license owner to launch and operate Stranger Soccer in Berlin. It is intended for someone who wants to build a business from the ground up, manage day-to-day operations, and help make football easier to play in the city.
Stranger Soccer is growing across major cities globally and is seeking a person who is motivated, commercially minded, and genuinely enthusiastic about football to lead the local expansion in Berlin.
What You’ll Do
- Introduce the Stranger Soccer brand in your city and establish its presence locally.
- Build, coach, and oversee a compact core team of 2 to 3 people, as well as freelance Official Hosts who run the games.
- Identify and secure suitable venues and time slots for matches.
- Plan and deliver inventive sales and marketing efforts, both online and offline, to increase the player community.
- Handle game-day operations so players consistently enjoy a high-quality experience that encourages repeat bookings.
- Use the operational guidance, systems, and technology support provided by the Singapore headquarters.
