Opportunity Overview
This role is for an entrepreneurial license owner who will establish, operate, and grow a Stranger Soccer business in Doha. It is suited to someone who is energized by football and building a local venture from the ground up.
Unlike a conventional job, this position is designed for a person who wants to run their own business while using the brand, systems, and operational support provided by the company. The goal is to make football easier to play and more accessible in the city.
What the Role Involves
- Introduce the Stranger Soccer brand and launch the business in Doha.
- Hire, train, and oversee a compact core team of 2 to 3 people, plus freelance Official Hosts who run the games.
- Identify and secure suitable venues and time slots for hosting matches.
- Plan and run creative sales and marketing initiatives across digital channels and on the ground to increase the player base.
- Oversee match operations so players consistently receive a smooth, enjoyable experience that encourages repeat bookings.
- Make use of the operational and technology support provided by the Singapore headquarters.
