Job Description
This position involves providing international voice support by using a specialized tool to make outbound calls to various financial institutions, gathering specific information, and accurately updating it within the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to financial institutions and collect required data.
- Update collected information accurately in the designated tool.
- Take full ownership of transactions processed during the shift.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks.
- Maintain patience and focus during extended hold times.
- Adapt to night shift schedules corresponding to US time zones.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, are mandatory.
- Ability to process sensitive information with high attention to detail.
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and strict deadlines.
- UG or graduate qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of international voice support experience (US/UK market preferred).
