Overview
Ashburton Toyota is looking for a driven and high-achieving individual to take on the role of Business Manager. This is a full-time, onsite position in Ashburton, Canterbury, focusing on complementing New Zealand's leading vehicle brand combined with an extensive range of Finance and Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead upselling activities involving finance, insurance, and aftercare products linked to every vehicle sale.
- Support the sales team by managing personal sales targets and assisting with certain administrative duties.
- Engage in marketing efforts and collaborate closely with internal staff and suppliers to maintain strong operational relationships.
- Deliver outstanding, tailored customer experiences aligning with customer needs and wishes.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Proven track record in sales performance, preferably with experience in vehicle finance and insurance, though expertise in broader sales and leadership is also welcome.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and think innovatively to nurture lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Competency in technology and the use of relevant sales systems.
