Job description
Role overview
This 18-month contract is for a CCS M365 EMEA Category Support professional in Dubai. The role focuses on turning market and performance data into practical business insight, supporting category planning, promotional execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Performance tracking and analysis
- Study market movement to identify growth opportunities and estimate the total addressable market for new customer acquisition.
- Monitor how Microsoft 365 campaigns and in-store as well as online promotions are executed, then convert findings into data-backed recommendations.
- Review product pricing across retailer websites and build a Power BI dashboard to follow weekly pricing changes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to evaluate investments and recommend actions that improve return on investment through new initiatives.
- Maintain the weekly reporting cadence for key metrics such as M365 attach to device, cloud mix, and gross adds (net new customers).
Incentive support
- Support M365 territory managers with promotional planning, tracker updates, and monitoring of spend usage.
- Work with the Windows category team to build a promotional map showing how M365 and Windows offers connect across the EMEA region.
- Review partner claim reports to assess how program funds are being used.
Business rhythm and community support
- Help prepare presentations for monthly insight meetings and executive visits.
- Lead discussion points during weekly team connection calls by sharing project progress and performance updates.
- Develop a practical framework for working with other categories and functions to support business continuity and joint planning.
- Run the quarterly funding competition, including submission tracking and scoring.
Knowledge, skills, and experience

- Strong analytical ability and solid understanding of financial concepts.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Comfortable presenting business insights to stakeholders at different levels, both inside and outside the organization.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Category, Marketing, or Sales, ideally within consumer electronics or consumables.
- Demonstrates values aligned with integrity, honesty, openness, personal excellence, and mutual respect.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
