About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst to join a cutting-edge company specializing in high-precision motion control systems and robotic automation. Located in Bedford, MA, this on-site role supports various departments including Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and management reports aiding Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Executive teams.
Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP platforms such as Epicor, Aegis, and MiSys, as well as SQL databases and other enterprise systems, to support data-driven decisions.
Conduct comprehensive analyses on inventory, supply chain, suppliers, bills of materials, and costs to uncover trends, risks, and potential improvements.
Generate both recurring and ad hoc reports while improving reporting accuracy, reliability, and efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, supply chain, operations, or data analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL querying, data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, and familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems including Epicor, MiSys, and Aegis MES.
