Role Summary
Multipolitan is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Incorporation Specialist in Singapore. In this position, you will support individuals and organizations through the complete company formation process across different jurisdictions. The role combines client advisory, document handling, coordination with external stakeholders, and operational follow-through to ensure a smooth incorporation experience.
What You'll Do
- Meet clients to understand their needs and assess the most suitable incorporation path.
- Prepare, review, and manage company formation and registration documents from start to finish.
- Work with legal, tax, and government contacts to move applications forward.
- Monitor incorporation cases until completion and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Inform clients about progress, key updates, and any relevant regulatory changes.
- Partner with product and operations teams to refine processes and improve the client journey.
- Help define and implement best practices for delivering a reliable and efficient incorporation service.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze client needs, evaluate jurisdiction options, and understand regulatory requirements.
- Business sense and planning capability to recommend appropriate structures and setup choices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining processes and coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to responsive, thoughtful, and practical support.
- Prior exposure to company formation, corporate services, compliance, or immigration and mobility services is a strong plus.
- Understanding of international regulations, tax residency concepts, and cross-border business operations is advantageous.
- Well-developed organization skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage several cases and deadlines at once.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
