About the Company
The client is an established organization specializing in Grade A land, industrial infrastructure, and the development of industrial and logistics parks through strategic alliances with top multinational firms. Recently, the company has expanded its portfolio to include industrial solar power ventures and civil contracts managed under EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) mode.
Role Overview
This role is for a Business Head tasked with leading the industrial solar power segment. The primary focus is on commercial solar installations both at ground level and rooftop systems, with capacities exceeding 15 MWe.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the industrial solar power business.
- Manage and oversee large-scale solar power projects (above 15 MWe) including both floor-based and rooftop systems.
- Exhibit strong techno-commercial expertise, balancing technical knowledge with business acumen.
- Inspire, motivate, and lead the team toward achieving ambitious business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in commercial solar power generation projects.
- Strong proficiency in both technical and commercial aspects of solar power.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
