Overview
We seek a strategic and energetic senior leader to spearhead business expansion for Bengaluru's premier multidisciplinary Child Development Centre. This role demands managing a monthly revenue target of ₹25 lakhs, comprising ₹15 lakhs from the core Child Development Centre and ₹10 lakhs from aqua therapy and infant spa services.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the overall revenue target of ₹25,00,000 monthly through diversified healthcare offerings.
- Develop and nurture robust referral networks with pediatricians, hospitals, educational institutions, and various stakeholders.
- Supervise marketing agencies and lead a telecalling team focused on metrics-driven outreach.
- Conduct field-based sales initiatives such as Continuing Medical Education (CME), health camps, and doctor visits.
- Collaborate closely with company founders on growth and expansion strategies.
Experience and Educational Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or healthcare management, with a preference for expertise in pediatric or maternal-child health, wellness, or clinical sectors.
- Demonstrated responsibility for P&L or top-line performance, preferably managing revenues of ₹2 to ₹3 crore annually.
- A bachelor's degree in clinical or life sciences fields such as Physiotherapy (BPT), Dental Surgery (BDS), Psychology, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
- MBA or PGDM with specialization in Healthcare Management or Marketing is highly preferred.
Essential Skills
- Established network and ability to manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, and schools.
- Expertise in managing creative digital marketing agencies and leading telecalling teams based on performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with field sales and outreach activities, including organizing CMEs, camps, and direct doctor engagement.
- Understanding of child development and therapy services sufficient to confidently represent and articulate offerings (clinical expertise not required).
