Role overview
This role partners with the Head of Activation to shape the brand’s go-to-market approach and ensure it is delivered effectively alongside the brand and commercial teams. The position also works closely with Revenue Growth Management, commercial, and finance teams to shape and track sell-out performance as well as P&L GTN.
Key responsibilities
The role focuses on driving sell-in and sell-out, monitoring performance, and supporting commercial decisions across the brand.
- Share retailer-level sell-out performance updates with the GM and Brand Marketing teams.
- Compile regular brand performance summaries, highlighting the main growth drivers and drag factors by retailer and channel.
- Maintain the full brand activity calendar with a high level of accuracy, and proactively flag sell-out and sell-in peaks and dips through the year.
- Support the annual market share-winning plan, with particular attention on Q4.
- Take part in Brand GAP reviews and suggest actions to close performance gaps when they arise.
- Assess commercial forecast changes, identify opportunities and risks, and propose practical solutions.
- Track the brand’s coffret sell-in and sell-out performance end to end.
- Work with the Head of Activation, commercial team, and Managing Director to shape the brand distribution strategy.
- Act as the commercial lead for trend and BFG meetings.
- Work with Commercial Controlling to review brand and customer investment during the trend process.
- Apply Revenue Growth Management insights within the strategy and continuously review outcomes.
- Deliver the brand value target by optimising OCA / Mino investment by axis, customer, and mechanic.
- Set promotional rules in partnership with finance, RGM, and BCM teams.
- Build and own the plan for clearing slow-moving and obsolete stock.
