About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position for a Business Growth Lead, based in Germany and operating remotely. The role involves taking full ownership of the growth strategy for a key business line, with the primary objective of increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, and enhancing overall commercial performance within a dynamic market. This position requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data analytics to drive actionable insights and execute effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating efforts across various specialized teams, fostering alignment towards shared objectives without direct hierarchical control. The role is inherently cross-functional, demanding close collaboration with marketing, product, retail, partnerships, and creative departments. Accountabilities

  • Achieve growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition metrics, and core Key Performance Indicators for a designated business line.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey, from initial acquisition through to retention and conversion.
  • Develop and implement quarterly growth strategies that align with overarching organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional execution by ensuring alignment among marketing, retail, partnerships, creative, CRM, and performance teams.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing funnel performance, pinpointing bottlenecks, and translating insights into concrete actions.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, product launches, experiments, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, enabling process automation, and scaling repeatable procedures.
  • Proactively remove execution impediments and ensure accountability among all stakeholders involved in delivering growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Possess experience in growth, business operations, strategy, marketing, product marketing, consulting, or startup leadership roles.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of acquisition strategies, conversion optimization techniques, customer journey mapping, and established growth frameworks.
  • Exhibit a proven capacity to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and foster alignment without direct managerial authority.
  • Possess robust analytical skills, with a history of using data to inform decisions and measure performance effectively.
  • Show a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable business growth and significant commercial impact.
  • Communicate excellently, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
