Role overview
This remote role is for a Business Growth Lead in Saudi Arabia and is shared on behalf of a partner organization that handles applications and the rest of the hiring process.
The position owns the end-to-end growth agenda for a major business line, with responsibility for revenue expansion, customer acquisition, and commercial performance in a fast-moving environment.

You will look across the complete customer journey to spot opportunities, rank initiatives by business impact, and help shape broader business direction through direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key accountabilities
- Take ownership of growth targets, revenue objectives, customer acquisition goals, and the main KPIs for a dedicated business line.
- Spot and rank high-value opportunities across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Build and roll out quarterly growth plans that support wider organizational goals.
- Coordinate execution across marketing, retail, partnerships, creative, CRM, and performance teams.
- Use funnel analysis and performance data to identify friction points and convert findings into action.
- Plan and deliver campaigns, launches, tests, and other strategic growth initiatives.
- Increase operating efficiency by improving workflows, introducing automation, and scaling repeatable processes.
- Clear blockers and maintain accountability among all stakeholders involved in growth delivery.
Requirements
- Background in growth, business operations, strategy, marketing, product marketing, consulting, or startup leadership.
- Strong grasp of acquisition tactics, conversion optimization, customer journey design, and growth methodologies.
- Proven ability to run complex cross-functional work and secure alignment without formal authority.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to steer decisions and track outcomes.
- History of delivering measurable commercial improvement and business growth.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills in a fast-changing environment.
- Preferred: experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, or tech-led businesses.
- Preferred: exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, and modern experimentation practices.
