Job Purpose
The Business Excellence Coordinator - Quality Circle Lead is dedicated to cultivating a culture of continuous enhancement by implementing Quality Circle initiatives and Kaizen methodologies. This role maintains and oversees the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations, and manages digital portals for streamlined resource accessibility. It also spearheads the execution of the Advanced Business Excellence Model (ABEM), aligning all efforts with organizational strategic goals, collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency. Furthermore, the coordinator develops training programs and guarantees audit adherence, empowering teams toward superior quality and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology applied to cell, module, ingot, and wafer manufacturing processes.
- Assist team members with selecting and utilizing statistical and data analysis tools, including Minitab software, during different project phases.
- Manage six sigma projects from initiation to completion within the defined yearly cycle, achieving targeted cost savings.
- Prepare and distribute weekly MIS reports and other business excellence documentation, tracking project metrics and updating leadership and stakeholders monthly and weekly.
- Collaborate closely with solar manufacturing leaders from Production, Process, Maintenance, Finance & Management, and Technology departments to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Organize weekly and biweekly review meetings for COP projects, preparing and updating presentations alongside project leaders for leadership evaluations.
- Implement, maintain, and ensure adherence to IMS processes compliant with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and relevant legal requirements.
- Support compliance with SOPs, IMS documentation, and audit requirements—focusing on addressing nonconformities (NCs) and opportunities for improvement (OFIs) to sustain certifications.
- Facilitate trainings and workshops on structured problem-solving tools used within DMAIC phases.
- Coordinate and conduct sessions on Minitab statistical tool usage and Yellow Belt training for project team members.
- Drive integration of 5S, AWMS, Lean Six Sigma, and IMS principles across various operational functions.
- Monitor and promote Quality Circle, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives across all departments according to the Business Excellence plan.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas and apply Lean Six Sigma methods to optimize system effectiveness and promote continuous growth.
- Coordinate daily OPLs (One Point Lessons) and improvement action communication in project areas.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant discipline; a Master's degree or certification in Quality Management is advantageous.
- A professional background of 10 to 15 years in quality management, continuous improvement, or related areas, including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
