This position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with initial compulsory training held in Estonia.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and cultivate new business prospects.
- Construct and maintain a robust sales pipeline via outbound prospecting efforts.
- Consistently reach and surpass weekly and monthly sales objectives.
- Conduct outreach activities, qualify potential clients, and handle follow-ups diligently.
- Lead in-person client meetings to showcase exclusive luxury collections.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to final fitting.
- Foster enduring client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Grow your professional network through referrals and other networking opportunities.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in direct sales, business development, or client acquisition with proven success in meeting targets.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to meet ambitious sales goals.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles with the ability to quickly establish trust.
- Strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills.
