Job description

About Thinkbridge

Thinkbridge is a global digital product development company that supports growth-stage businesses in enhancing their technology sophistication to match leading modern digital firms. Known for delivering superior quality rapidly using their proprietary thinkstack accelerators, the company focuses on outcomes rather than technology or processes. Their culture champions a “Remote First” philosophy, promoting connectivity regardless of location, a diverse and inclusive environment, wellness initiatives, flexible work hours, and a strong work-life balance.

Role Overview

This role involves driving the top-to-mid funnel sales process by managing and activating high-potential B2B lead lists to boost conversion rates. The specialist will focus on qualifying sales-ready opportunities that allow sales teams to concentrate on the most promising prospects in the APAC region. Interaction is primarily with senior decision-makers at mid-market companies to articulate measurable value through thinkbridge’s product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts within priority verticals, connecting with operations, technology, finance, and functional leaders.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn using a problem-focused approach rather than product pitches, to secure initial meetings.
  • Qualify incoming interest and appropriately match prospects to thinkbridge’s solutions such as thinkAI diagnostics, thinkOne system builds, or thinkTeam engineering pods.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations about operations, cost, and AI to build credibility with senior buyers and deliver well-prepared leads to account teams.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives and delivery leads to advance qualified leads through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide current account mapping for assigned segments.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client-facing roles selling services, consulting, or technology to businesses.
  • Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders, focusing discussions on business challenges rather than scripted pitches.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a high volume of quality outreach.
  • Genuine curiosity about business operations and the impact of AI and custom systems on business economics, enabling credible discussions without exaggeration.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and persistent in outbound sales efforts.
  • Degree in business or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with performance-dependent commission.
  • Dedicated budget for learning and professional development.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative projects using the latest technologies.
  • Generous leave policies supporting work-life balance.

Work Environment and Policies

Work is primarily onsite in Singapore’s CBD with a hybrid attendance model (2-3 days per week). Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Singapore. All leaves require prior approval and are paid. The company is committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and fostering an inclusive workplace where every voice is respected and valued.
