Business Development & Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for field sales marketing based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves direct engagement with customers and merchants to drive sales and onboard new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with merchants to onboard and revisit them regularly.
• Conduct responsible visits to customer locations to promote and sell sound-boxes and smart boxes directly at shops.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between INR 12,000 to INR 22,000.
• Structured CTC of INR 20,000 with in-hand salary approximately INR 16,500.
• Travel allowance of INR 2,500 per month.
• Performance-based incentives up to INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
• Opportunity for promotion within 3 months based on performance.
• Fixed Sunday off every week.
• Salary credited on the 1st of each month.

Candidate Requirements

• Field sales experience is necessary for this role.
• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for the role.
