Role overview
This is an on-site role in Singapore. Neat is hiring a Business Development Representative to help expand outbound prospecting activity across South East Asia. The position reports to the Area Vice President and will be central to driving growth through lead qualification, outreach, and meeting coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and qualify prospects coming from multiple lead channels and marketing initiatives.
- Reach out to prospective and existing customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Meet or surpass activity targets such as enrolments, calls, emails, and timely follow-up steps.
- Keep up with newly launched services, products, and plans.
- Share relevant information with clients to secure agreement to move ahead in the sales process.
- Take part in sales and marketing meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer information and records in SFDC.
- Schedule meetings between clients and executives.
- Provide updates and reports to business development management when requested.

Experience and skills
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to juggle many accounts, activities, and account-penetration strategies at once.
- Comfort communicating with senior decision-makers by email and phone.
- Working knowledge of SFDC, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong time management and activity prioritisation skills.
- Interest in learning and growing in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to help build a high-performing BDR team.
