Role Summary
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying and generating sales leads through targeted outbound outreach. Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams, the successful candidate will pinpoint new business opportunities, engage with key decision-makers, and maintain a robust pipeline that drives the company's expansion.
Key Duties
- Perform outbound prospecting across the US via multiple channels including calls, emails, and social media.
- Design and implement effective outbound marketing campaigns.
- Conduct detailed research of potential client organizations to identify relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and cultivate promising sales opportunities for Account Executives.
- Keep CRM records and sales activities meticulously updated.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to execute outbound initiatives and account-based strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for activity levels, pipeline growth, and meeting generation.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years experience as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and setting meetings specifically within the US market.
- Proven track record in outbound sales with a consistent history of building qualified pipelines.
- Experience selling SaaS or other software solutions.
- A proactive hunter mindset, comfortable with cold outreach and initiating new business conversations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to forge lasting relationships.
- Experience operating in a target-driven, KPI-oriented sales environment.
- Exceptional organization skills for managing multiple outreach campaigns efficiently.
