Role Overview
This position sits within a fast-scaling SaaS business that is expanding its outbound sales efforts across the United States and the United Kingdom. The company has already committed significant resources to outbound growth and is now seeking a self-driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, and creating new business opportunities.
The role is suited to someone with a strong hunting mindset who is motivated by building pipeline from the ground up and who wants a clear path toward an Account Executive career in the future.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to target prospects in the US and UK markets and start meaningful sales conversations.
- Design and run outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Investigate target accounts and identify the right decision-makers to approach.
- Book qualified meetings and create opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Keep CRM data accurate and maintain clear activity tracking.
- Work with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns and related initiatives.
- Consistently meet activity goals and opportunity-generation targets.
What You Need
- At least 3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or a similar sales development position.
- A demonstrated history of successful outbound prospecting and pipeline creation.
- Background in SaaS or software sales.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with strong hunter instincts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to build rapport.
- Strong organisation and a structured, process-led working style.
- Comfort working in an environment where performance is measured by metrics.
- Preferred exposure to mid-market or enterprise sales.
- Experience or familiarity with US and/or UK markets is an advantage.
- Ambition to move into an Account Executive role over time.
