About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join a leading technology consulting firm based in London. This position is primarily focused on new business acquisition within the B2B tech sales sector, serving a diverse range of UK and EMEA clients spanning banking, insurance, utilities, transport, and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and manage a sales pipeline through diligent prospecting efforts.
- Engage senior IT leaders including CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors to introduce network consultancy, managed services, and software solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with senior sales and pre-sales teams to develop and advance enterprise account opportunities.
- Drive business growth through strategic account development and opportunity progression within the network services domain.
- Contribute actively to a high-performance sales culture with access to structured training and clear progression pathways.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in B2B sales.
- Background in technology sectors such as Managed Service Providers (MSP), Value-Added Resellers (VAR), or network services.
- A confident, resilient, and commercially savvy professional with a hunter mentality.
- Ambition to grow professionally and make a significant impact on business development efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of £35,000 with on-target earnings up to £50,000, uncapped commission structure.
- Hybrid working arrangement requiring presence in the London office three days per week.
